About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Web Developer to support the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and will be on-site in Lakehurst, NJ.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department. NAWCAD LKE is the lead activity responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and provides support to additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The successful execution of these efforts results in logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and associated support systems.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.

Leverage your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Microsoft Power Platform environment to create engaging front-end experiences and work with back-end technologies to ensure seamless functionality.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and other developers, you will contribute to developing high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years’ experience in Web Development using following desired technology( JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP, Node.js, SQL, .NET and ASP.NET) and Custom application development (keywords: Java, C/C++/C#, Python, Perl, Ruby), with a focus on development within the Microsoft Power Platform environment such as Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint/SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI, Teams, Robotic Process Automation (RPA))

Possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for staying current with web development trends and technologies.
