Assembler

Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.

Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.

Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Follow 5S and Schneider Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams.

Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.
