Java Lead Developer Trading & Financial Investment(W2)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead Developer with a strong background in trading systems and financial investments.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Java-based platforms, proven experience leading development teams, and a strong understanding of capital markets, trading workflows, and investment platforms.

This is an onsite position in either Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance trading and financial systems.

Collaborate with traders, quants, and business analysts to define and deliver technology solutions.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability in high-throughput environments.

Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards for software quality.

Manage delivery timelines, risk assessments, and project documentation.
