CAM Programmer

Summary: We are seeking a skilled CAM Programmer with experience in Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Experience in Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM Program parts using CAD/CAM software and operating CNC milling machines, lathes, and other shop equipment.
Read blueprints, follow verbal instructions, and assist in material procurement.
Ensure compliance with ITAR, AS9100, and OSHA regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support production activities and assist in equipment modifications as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CNC machining, ITAR, and AS9100 compliance.
Knowledge of LEAN/TPM manufacturing practices.
Prior experience in startups or small business scale-ups.
