Side Loader Operator - Day Shift - Paducah, KY Type: Temp-to-Hire Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Occasionally until 10:30 PM) Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Side Loader Operator for a day shift position.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating propane and electric side loader forklifts to move materials around a warehouse or industrial yard.

Although the forklift raises up to 20 feet in the air, the operator will remain on the ground at all times.

Key Responsibilities: Operate propane and electric side loader forklifts safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport materials per work instructions Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks Follow site-specific safety rules and procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements: Prior experience with side loader forklifts (propane and electric) Must wear lace-up steel toe boots (metatarsal guards provided) Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Safety glasses and hard hats provided by the customer
