Ability to perform cost, schedule and technical management on a government software program Experience with satellite command and control principles Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycles Knowledge and understanding of systems engineering functions such as TPMs, operations concept development, requirements management, interface definition and control, and technical risk management Capable of becoming Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months of starting Active and transferable U.S.
government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.
