Position Overview: The Territory Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and managing projects from lead generation to completion.

Key Responsibilities: Meet with existing and potential customers (including residential contractors, builders, and homeowners) to identify prospects and present product offerings.

Deliver professional, on-site presentations of company products and services.

Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold-calling efforts.

Oversee job sites to ensure construction complies with company specifications and applicable codes.

Keep customers and prospects informed of product updates, changes, and enhancements.

Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows as needed.

Maintain accurate customer account records, including contact information and interaction history.

Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Track and manage expenses in accordance with company policies.
