Title : Project Manufacturing Engineer x2 Location : Columbus Nebraska Duration : 12 Months Rate : $Open Visa Status : Any work Status On W2 Only Relevant Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: This individual will play a critical role in supporting the start up of 4 manufacturing lines, ensuring successful equipment transfers and validation processes.

This individual will provide engineering leadership, manage validation activities, and develop action plans to support project execution.

Lead engineering efforts for equipment transfers, ensuring seamless integration into the manufacturing environment.

Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities to validate equipment Conduct process Design of Experiments (DoEs) to optimize manufacturing efficiency Develop and manage action plans for project sub-tasks, ensuring timely completion of objectives.

Show Less Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to author and execute IQ, OQ, PQ, and DoE activities with a high level of technical competency.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to guide tasks and small teams effectively Solid understanding of large, automated process lines, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related engineering role.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.

- Proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in regulated manufacturing environments (experience preferred). - Experience working closely with integrators and machine builders is a plus.

- General knowledge of automation programming is an advantage.
