Job Description
We are looking for an entry-level Salesforce Developer to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering a hybrid work environment, requiring three days onsite per week. In this role, you will play a critical part in configuring and supporting Salesforce and other integrated applications to meet the needs of various departments. Working closely with the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will develop technical solutions and ensure smooth functionality across multiple business systems.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Lead Salesforce Developer to implement technical solutions for Salesforce and related applications, such as Ascend, Linvio Events, Conga Composer, and GiveCampus.
• Design and develop business logic using Salesforce Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
• Work with teams across departments to improve the functionality of Linvio Events and other event management tools.
• Address user requests and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in software enhancement projects, including gathering requirements, creating documentation, and conducting system testing.
• Manage support cases with vendors to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Provide daily technical and functional support for Salesforce and integrated applications, ensuring scalable and reusable solutions.
• Track and resolve user help tickets using the TeamDynamix system, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to team members and users on Salesforce and other supported applications.• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex coding and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and CRM/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and configuration management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Conga Composer, Linvio Events, and related applications is a plus.
