Job Description
Our client is seeking an assistant controller for a contract to hire opportunity in the west metro. This role will play an important part in managing their financial transactions, maintaining compliance and providing valuable insights to drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting - perform revenue expenditure and variance analysis
General Ledger Maintenance - Maintain Accuracy and timeliness in recording transactions and reconciling accounts in the general ledger
Budgeting and Projections- Assist in preparing the annual budgets and financial projections
Internal Controls - Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
Oversee AP processes and manage cash receipts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience with QuickBooks
Intermediate MS Excel
