Job Details
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our dynamic team! In this key role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse caseload of approximately 200–250 files, guiding each case from start to resolution with precision and care. You’ll also lead and collaborate with a dedicated Case Administrator and Legal Assistant, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client service every step of the way.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sharp research and negotiation abilities, and proven experience navigating the WCAB system—including Status Conferences, MSCs, Expedited Hearings, Lien Conferences, and Trials.
