What You’ll Do:

Oversee monthly close, reporting, and financial statements with precision

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across departments

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that drive decisions

Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team

Keep things running smoothly while bringing good vibes to the office

You Bring:

Proven accounting/finance experience

A proactive mindset and obsession with organization

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or Controller role

Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

Advanced Excel skills – you love a good pivot table

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable talking to executives and team members alike

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – nothing slips past you

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Collaborative, team-first mindset – you enjoy helping others succeed
