About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to support our fast-paced warehouse and production operations. This role is critical to maintaining an efficient supply chain by ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and accurately throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts (sit-down and/or stand-up) to move raw materials and finished goods.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and precision.
Deliver materials to production lines and staging areas as required.
Perform daily equipment checks and maintain forklifts in good working condition.
Use RF scanners or other inventory systems to track and document product movement.
Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
Work collaboratively with warehouse, shipping, and production teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
Proficient with different forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach, clamp).
Experience with inventory systems or RF scanners is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a cold or refrigerated environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
