SAP Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager to oversee the management and support of S/4HANA modules within our shared services environment in Houston, Texas. This role requires a dynamic leader who can mentor a diverse team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of SAP systems into business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP modules and demonstrate the ability to deliver innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage functional and technical teams to ensure optimal collaboration and performance across SAP modules.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and building specialized expertise within the team.

• Provide hands-on expertise in SAP modules, particularly in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions to align SAP systems with organizational needs.

• Oversee the planning and execution of SAP-related projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project deliverables and manage resources effectively.

• Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration and operations of SAP modules with other enterprise systems.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP system performance and functionality.

• Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of SAP modules supporting shared services.

• Address system issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to enhance functionality.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least 7-9 years of experience in SAP system support and project implementation across relevant modules.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience leading SAP teams or managing similar roles.

• Proven expertise in full lifecycle implementation of SAP modules, such as Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

• Strong knowledge of SAP OTC, SAP Production Planning (PP), and SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide reliable solutions.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage risks, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business users.
