Your Role as an Installation Manager

As the HVAC Installation Manager, you'll ensure the smooth execution of residential and light commercial projects while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating for Success: Work with our Sales Manager, estimating team, and Project Manager to transition projects seamlessly from planning to execution.

Planning & Scheduling: Organize installation crews, coordinate staffing, and manage project timelines.

Supporting Crews: Provide hands-on guidance and solutions to keep projects running efficiently.

Ensuring Quality: Visit job sites, review installations, and uphold our standards of quality and performance.

Material Management: Oversee duct fabrication, parts procurement, and material readiness.

We're looking for someone with the skills and experience to lead with confidence:

Experience Matters: Minimum 3 years as an Installation Manager or 5+ years as a lead installer in residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Technical Expertise: Proven ability to design, layout, and install ductwork and piping systems, including split systems, VRF, boilers, fan coils, and more.

Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple responsibilities effectively.

Blueprint Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing blueprints to support accurate project planning and estimates.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
