QC Instrument Support Associate
Pay: $32.00–$33.10/hour

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a contract QC Instrument Support Associate for our pharmaceutical partner in Swiftwater, PA. This role supports the Quality Control Instrument Support (QCIS) team with the sitewide implementation of Air Particle Counters (APCs) and contributes to the optimization of the Environmental Monitoring program.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform qualification activities for APC implementation
Assist in optimizing the Environmental Monitoring program
Learn and apply best practices for equipment operation and regulatory compliance
Follow cGMPs and internal policies and procedures
Complete assigned training and participate in team meetings
Skills and Experience:
Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal error
Familiarity with cGMPs, regulatory standards, and data integrity
Ability to collaborate across departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
1–3 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory setting
Experience with instrument commissioning and qualification
Compliance with required vaccinations
About the Role:
This position is part of the Manufacturing and Supply – Vaccines division. The QCIS team manages the lifecycle of laboratory equipment and supports QC operations. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience with instrumentation used in vaccine testing and benefit from mentorship and coaching by experienced professionals.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $33.10 per hour
