Position Summary
Currently seeking a Quality Control and Operations Senior Specialist that would be working at the Client warehouse in Hasbrouck Heights (New Jersey). The successful candidate will be part of the company's operations, focusing mainly into the downstream of the supply chain, working on the activities related to Quality Control and customer assistance within the process of inbound, outbound and, product returns.
Essential Job Duties
Conduct quality control (QC) inspections on inbound goods to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and deliver detailed QC reports, communicating results effectively to the client's team.
Manage quality control checks on customer-returned goods, accurately record outcomes in the ERP system, and report to the Customer Service team.
Additional Job Duties
Support after-sales processes, including product assistance for customers, identification of spare part requirements, and rework of products as needed.
Investigate Quality issues by collecting evidence on the query and digging deeper into various parts of the supply chain. Report findings and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Operations to improve QC and safter-sales processes, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures, by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills / Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of QC principles, warehouse and reporting systems is valued positively.
Driven and detail-oriented with a focuson results and solutions.
Proficient and comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Must speak English.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Eyewear industry experience preferred, but open to candidates with non-eyewear related professional work histories.
Fluency in other languages.
