Substance Abuse Therapist / Licensed Therapist
Location: Tennessee (On-Site)

Overview
This role provides specialized counseling and therapy for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. The therapist will help patients navigate recovery, build coping mechanisms, and develop healthier lifestyles through evidence-based treatment methods.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual counseling sessions focused on recovery
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide crisis intervention and relapse prevention support
Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical standards in practice
Qualifications
Education: LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Experience: Prior work with substance use and mental health disorders preferred
Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving abilities
