We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain IT solutions that optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency. This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing site business processes to identify opportunities for digital and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that align with organizational strategies and enhance business value.
• Conduct software and vendor evaluations, feasibility assessments, and propose solutions that adhere to enterprise IT standards.
• Develop and execute data integration processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of data from multiple sources.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery within scope and financial constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution design, implementation, and operations.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster understanding and collaboration.
• Facilitate project reviews, lead meetings with business partners, and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress.
• Coordinate with vendors, division IT teams, and corporate IT departments to implement secure and efficient solutions.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize internal processes and systems.• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on manufacturing IT solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage time effectively while contributing to multiple team projects.
• Proven experience with IT/OT integration patterns and data architecture, including technologies like data warehouses and data lakes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Citrix, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and experience in business requirement documentation.
• Hands-on expertise in Linux technologies, Active Directory, and backup systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
