We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this role, you will handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, leveraging your extensive knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide solutions. This is a Long-term Contract position that emphasizes effective communication, analytical support, and public relations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve complex billing inquiries and complaints independently, utilizing in-depth knowledge of corporate procedures and policies.

• Provide analytical support to internal teams within the Customer Service department, ensuring smooth operations.

• Make decisions regarding service recovery, including authorizing payments up to $250, while maintaining effective risk management.

• Assist in claims investigations by conducting thorough research and adapting responses to unique situations.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development.

• Support daily operations by collaborating with supervisors on various tasks and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Manage public relations efforts by providing accurate information about the company and maintaining a positive image.

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to address issues and ensure seamless onboarding processes.• Proven experience in customer service roles, particularly in handling complex inquiries and complaints.

• Strong understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and billing systems.

• Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to authorize service recovery payments and manage risk.

• Familiarity with claims administration and investigative techniques.

• Effective communication and public relations skills to maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor and provide direction to less experienced team members.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to provide valuable support to internal business units.

• Proficiency in managing daily operations and collaborating with supervisors on logistics-related tasks.
