Job Title: Branch Recruiter (Hybrid – Quincy & Newton, MA)
Location: Quincy, MA & Newton, MA (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay Rate: $27 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
About the Role:
Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Branch Recruiter to support our client in Quincy, MA, while also working from our Adecco branch office in Newton, MA. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and associate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles based on client needs.
Conduct phone interviews as well as facilitate in person interviews onsite.
Facilitate and assist candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and timely completion of all required documentation.
Provide ongoing associate care, acting as a point of contact for questions, concerns, and general support.
Assist with weekly payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client contacts to ensure successful placements and high satisfaction.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail is required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.
Flexibility to work on-site at both Quincy and Newton locations.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
