Senior Compensation Analyst

Full time hybrid opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst. Client prefers experience with Workday and role is on site 1-2 days per week. Must have excellent communication and be able to speak to and present to Sr. leadership of the organization.

This role will help to shape compensation strategies that drive performance and align with business goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure competitive, equitable, and impactful compensation programs in the asset management industry.Responsibilities

Lead compensation survey submissions and analyze market data to monitor trends

Partner with the compensation team on programs, communications, and best practices

Manage employee changes and compensation administration using Workday

Administer long-term incentive (LTI) programs with third-party stock plan administrators, payroll, and parent company teams

Support year-end compensation planning, including merit, bonus, and LTI processes, with system testing and administration

Develop and update educational materials for recognition and reward programs

Perform ad hoc reporting on compensation history and HR metrics for HR and business teams

Identify emerging compensation trends in the asset management industry

Design and administer sales compensation plans

Consult with business leaders to align salary and incentive programs with market conditions and objectives

Conduct competitive analyses to maintain integrity of compensation structures, policies, and practices

Coordinate annual pay equity analysis

Maintain HR response database for RFP requests and collaborate with RFP team on data needsQualifications

Experience in broad-based compensation, sales compensation, or related fields

Proficiency in Workday (required)

Asset management industry experience (strongly preferred)

Strong analytical skills with expertise in compensation surveys and data analysis

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven consultative skills to build trust and influence stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of compensation regulations and industry trends

Strong business acumen to evaluate compensation structures

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree (required)
