Manufacturing Operator / Production Worker

A Shelbyville company is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to their growing team.

Production Worker's Pay & Benefits:

$21.37/hr. plus $1.50 Shift Differential

Pay increases at 6 months and 12 months after hire on.

Attendance Bonus Opportunities.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm

Some overtime required.

Job Duties & Requirements:

Associates will need to be comfortable lifting 30-5lbs

Weight and identify various materials according to specifications.

Loading mixers with materials to assure thorough mixing of material for compounding.

Perform batch off duties including colling compound, stacking for storage, and more.
