Job Description

Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Review contracts and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial dry wall

Utilize estimating software such as QuickBid and OnScreen Takeoff for quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure clear scope and alignment on project requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing to support effective bidding.

Full-time
