We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Manager Industrial Engineering Design to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will lead engineering initiatives, promote process improvement, and work collaboratively to enhance operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Industrial Engineering Manager will work with the IE group, Facilities, and the Operations teams to improve process efficiency, maintain labor standards, and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering activities to improve processes and streamline operations within the fulfillment center.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering, Facilities, and Operations teams to develop and implement efficiency-driven solutions.
• Conduct multi-variable work measurements and establish accurate labor standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Utilize distribution planning models to analyze and improve space utilization, staffing, and overall operational planning.
• Apply Lean principles to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation using tools such as Excel, Access, and Visio.
• Leverage software tools like AutoCAD, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data and present actionable insights.
• Ensure the effective use of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) in daily operations.

• Proven expertise in conducting work measurements, developing labor standards, and leading process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of distribution center operations and planning models.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in operational environments.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel, as well as Access and Visio.
• Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of WMS and TMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
