What You’ll Do

Lead individual counseling sessions, providing guidance and support for lasting recovery

Develop customized treatment plans, adapting strategies to meet patient needs

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care

Provide crisis intervention and relapse prevention techniques

Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with ethical and state regulations

Advocate for patients by connecting them to legal, housing, and social services

What We’re Looking For

Master of Social Work (MSW) with LSW (Licensed Social Worker) certification

Experience working with substance use disorder and mental health populations

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to ethical standards
