While some industry experience is preferred, it’s not required. We seek organized individuals with a high level of initiative and strong time management and problem-solving skills who have the ability to work well in both independent and team environments.

Responsibilities:
Identify and document areas for improvement
Assist in inspecting and sampling the donation process
Support change management initiatives
Aid in auditing internal processes and external vendors
Manage donor case file closures
Assist with recovery and reprocessing final releases
Adhere to safety protocols and optional functions
Create and maintain records of any nonconformities from procedure
