Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling, provided leads, and referrals.
Consultative Selling: Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions (life,, auto, home, etc.).
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase available insurance products, benefits, and coverage options.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referral business.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Ongoing Education: Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and insurance regulations to offer expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or a related field. If you have a track record of exceeding targets, we want to hear from you!
Self-Motivation & Drive: A go-getter mentality with a hunger for success and an eagerness to grow.
Solid understanding of property and casualty insurance products.
Strong Work Ethic: Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently while also being productive and a team player.
Current Remote Experience, Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission + base environment.
Valid/Active - Ga. Property and Casualty or Ga. Personal Lines insurance license.
