Pay Range:$65-$67 Per Hour

JOB SUMMARY:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior UX/UI Designer and be at the forefront of crafting innovative user experience designs that integrate seamlessly across our diverse product portfolio. You will play a key role in transforming insights from a broad range of partners into cohesive, end-to-end user journeys, creating solutions that balance creative exploration with practical implementation. This role demands a proactive approach to designing in ambiguous environments, executing meticulous and developer-ready design specifications with a focus on high-quality implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Collaborate with partners across the ecosystem to define requirements and transform them into comprehensive user journeys.

Strategically drive innovative solutions through balanced creative exploration and pragmatic applications.

Synthesize user research and business objectives into clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

Thrive in rapidly evolving innovative environments, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

Produce developer-ready design specifications for accurate and high-quality implementation.

Must have Skills

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Demonstrated ability to communicate design concepts visually through storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.

Strong understanding of design principles (usability, accessibility) and methodologies (Design Thinking, User-Centered Design).

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in enterprise and data-rich product design environments is preferred.
