Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Agile PLM Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and delivering comprehensive Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) training programs. The ideal candidate will drive user adoption and continuously improve our training initiatives to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update training materials like user guides, presentations, and exercises.

Coordinate and deliver in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions to diverse user groups.

Manage training logistics, track attendance, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to Agile PLM users, assisting with questions and troubleshooting.

Continuously improve training programs and stay up-to-date with the latest Agile PLM system updates and industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of Agile PLM system functionalities.

Proven experience in writing training documentation and developing training programs.

Practical experience in change management.

Experience Required:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 3 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably for Agile PLM or similar systems.
