Job Summary:

Looking for a Staff level Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition Data and Programs team to play a pivotal role in enhancing our talent acquisition efforts through expert data analysis and strategy implementation. This position focuses on designing automated reporting dashboards, extracting crucial insights from large datasets, and improving processes through technological advancements. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills in data visualization tools, SQL, and various data preparation tools to support data-driven decision-making across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting, utilizing tools like Tableau or Quicksight.

Create custom reports within Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking Systems for enhanced self-serve reporting capabilities.

Lead data processing, prototyping, modeling projects from concept through delivery, including gathering requirements and providing strategic recommendations.

Streamline operations and processes through automation and advanced tech applications, ensuring efficiency and efficacy.

Partner with stakeholders and the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver insights that drive business performance and improve customer experience.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Data Visualization tools and SQL.

Experience with Alteryx or similar data transformation tools.

Strong competency in Excel for data modeling and analysis.

Industry Experience:

5-10 years of related experience in people analytics, finance, or a related domain is preferred.

Prior experience in managing large datasets/data warehousing and building in-app reports in Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature preferred).
