Compensation: $13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following:
Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with purchases.?
Effectively operate a cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer’s purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.?
Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries professionally.?
Monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions or theft.?
Assist in restocking shelves, bins, and organizing displays to ensure a well-maintained sales floor.?
Maintain a clean workspace, take out trash and follow store cleanliness standards.?
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.?
Ensure that all merchandise bins are shoppable and free of excessive clutter and trash.

Management may assign other tasks as needed. Requirements:
Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.?
Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day.?
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.?
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.?
Ability to communicate store processes, policies and pricing to customers (Training provided).?
The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, standing, bending, and lifting products up to 25 pounds for prolonged periods of time, and staying active throughout your shift.?
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.?
Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect.?
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
