How you will create an impact

Maintain required availability to answer and accurately service requests in an electronic work queue.

Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its external law firms.

Ensure customer needs/requests are resolved promptly and completely.

Maintain regular communication to address any concerns, updates, or issues.

Obtain necessary information via research of internal systems or request from external sources via e-mail.

Escalate problematic or sensitive issues and matters to Management.

Document accurate and timely information and facts, as well as status of data requests.

Provide guidance and clarification on company policies and procedures.

Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior management/stakeholders, as applicable.

What you’ll need to succeed

Holder of a Bachelor’s / College Degree.

With ample years of experience in preloading from Shared Services or BPO companies.

Extensive experience and deep knowledge in the subject area.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with proven organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced/time-sensitive environment.

Ability to think out of the box and to be assertive in offering solutions to posed problems or situations.

Resilient to challenges and setbacks, enthusiastic and motivated to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Ability to share knowledge through clear and effective training or documentation.
