Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN, part-time) for home risk assessments to improve patient care and health outcomes.

Open to new graduates with valid RN and NP licensure, board certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Conduct comprehensive assessments during home, skilled facility, and telehealth visits, reviewing health, history, medication adherence, and social factors.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient education, and document visits per protocols.

Flexible schedule with options for days, evenings, weekends, and travel within Middlesboro, KY. Compensation ranges from $1,800 to $9,000/month based on visits.

Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and travel ability. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and voluntary 401(k).
