**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts for production. This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training is vital for success and offers the potential to advance to a senior operator position.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC machines to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts.

+ Perform quality checks on materials to ensure standards are met.

+ Read and interpret documents and drawings to execute tasks accurately.

+ Set up machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.

+ Use tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in production.

**Essential Skills**

+ 2+ years of machine operating experience.

+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

+ Experience in troubleshooting and setting up machines.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience operating CNC machines is preferred.

+ Good communication skills.

+ Experience making adjustments to machines is preferred.

+ Mechanical aptitude and previous experience setting up machinery is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Teutopolis, Illinois.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
