Support Engineering Data Specialist 2

CTS International is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Support Engineering Data Specialist 2 to join our dynamic team in Warner Robins, Georgia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing, analyzing, and managing technical data elements and specifications to support system evaluations and maintenance operations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of product supportability and maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage publication elements for various maintenance levels, including theory of operations, flight manuals, testing procedures, troubleshooting guides, illustrated parts breakdowns, and schematic diagrams.

Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.

Provide detailed mark-ups for technical illustrations and update publication elements based on reviews, source data changes, and equipment modifications.

Collect, research, and analyze source data to determine impacts on technical publications, including equipment requirements, maintenance concepts, task analyses, workflows, and design concepts.

Validate source data assumptions and conduct peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to customer format standards.

Support customer verification reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Utilize MS Office products effectively and demonstrate familiarity with extensible Markup Language (XML) and Content a.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in extensible Markup Language (XML).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical data analysis and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Content a content management system.
