Verity Investment Partners (VIP) seeks a driven, client-focused, and detail-oriented individual to fill this critical role within the organization. The Senior CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, as well as provide dedicated client service support to VIP’s internal family office. This role is central to delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience to clients, ensuring exceptional service across investment, planning, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about helping families preserve and grow their wealth across generations.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to client servicing, operational duties, and administrative tasks. A strong investment acumen, client-first attitude, and experience working with UHNW clients and family offices are essential, supported by relevant academic achievements and/or work experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Servicing and Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for wealth management clients, and VIP’s internal family office, addressing service-related inquiries such as cash needs, account restrictions, and gathering tax preparation information.

Manage the onboarding process for new VIP clients, including gathering information, inputting data into Redtail CRM, communicating expectations to clients, and completing new account setup.

Provide tailored client service support to VIP’s internal family office, ensuring the unique needs of UHNW individuals are met with precision and care.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and family office stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of client account processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Manage and maintain CRM systems (Redtail) and portfolio management software (Orion) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client-related tasks and initiatives, with a focus on the specialized needs of UHNW clients and the internal family office. D

evelop and maintain marketing materials, quarterly templates, and website content to ensure alignment with business growth initiatives.C

ollaborate with the leadership team to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding VIP’s wealth management business.Q

ualificationsR

-5+ years of relevant financial services industry experience, with a focus on client servicing, relationship management, and working with UHNW clients and family offices.S

trong knowledge of investment, estate, and financial planning concepts C

lient-first attitude, professional demeanor, personal integrity, and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility. H

igh emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in working with sophisticated clientele.E

xceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.P

roficiency with industry technology platforms and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.E

xcellent written and oral communication skills. A

bility to work in office in Bluffton, SC 9pm-5pm, Monday through Friday.S
