LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Payroll Coordinator 2 for a 3 month contract that could extend position in Conshohocken, PA. This is for a leading pharmaceutical solutions organization with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the reconciliation of specific payroll batches as well as the manual check account.
Handles a large volume of highly sensitive, payroll and tax-related information in an accurate, expedited, and confidential manner.
Specializes in key payroll and tax related projects as directed by payroll management.
Compiles, prepares, processes and inputs payroll information to produce timely and accurate payroll
Ensures integrity with data in the system by inputting data accurately and completely.
Properly administers all payroll-related functions in compliance with the Corporate Payroll Departments standard operating procedures.
Audits and approves all payroll transactions related to payroll to ensure compliance from a tax perspective as well as AB policy.
Prepares manual payments and maintains proper documentation for SOX compliance
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred.
Good understanding of payroll processing software programs, preferably Workday
Working knowledge of general ledger accounting and related tax applications
Employment Type: 3 month contract that could extend; Hybrid (2 days in office a week)
