JOB TITLE: Application Programmer

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Customize or configure Intelligrants coding in order to provide agency specific functionality

Work with the application architect and application database administer to best assist the State in design of Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD DRU) use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Understanding of Intelligrants grant management software architecture

Experience in Intelligrants source code development done in Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI
