-Champion the company’s learning and development strategy by managing a robust Learning Management System (LMS).
-Create engaging, hands-on training programs that empower employees from day one and throughout their careers.
-Collaborate with HR and production teams to align training with real-time business needs.
-Take the lead on onboarding, OJT coordination, compliance training, and skill certification programs.
-Identify performance gaps and design solutions that drive measurable improvement.
-Support operational excellence by developing SOPs, manuals, and process-based learning tools.
-Be the go-to expert for all things training—facilitating, coaching, and empowering others to succeed.
-Keep training records accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.

What You Bring:
-Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
-Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
-Skilled in Microsoft Office, training design tools, and digital learning platforms.
-Clear communicator with a knack for engaging audiences and simplifying complex ideas.
-Able to manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.
-Understanding of OSHA and regulatory training standards.
-Flexibility to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment.
