We are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for users calling our IT Service Desk. The successful candidate will focus on providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality phone, chat, and in-person support
Accurately document incidents and requests
Use knowledge base tools and technical expertise to resolve issues
Triage, research, and resolve incidents in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professionalism
Build rapport and trust with end users
Install, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
One to five years of related work experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
Preferred experience in a technical support role
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
