Project Control Specialist

We're looking for a Project Controls Specialist to develop and maintain schedules in Oracle Primavera P6. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 with 20 to 200 activities

Work with 5-6 project managers to support projects in various phases of design and construction

Load and maintain resources within the schedule

Ensure quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables

Compare schedule to financial data to ensure consistency of project timeline

Integrate schedule data with other data sources in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and macros

Communicate and understand technical progress of electric utility transmission line, substation, and telecommunication projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited program

Minimum 3 years of related experience (entry-level positions welcome)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with:

Software:

Primavera P6: 2-5 years

MS Office Suite: proficient

Power BI: experience preferred

Ability to travel and valid driver's license
