Maintenance Manager

Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer near Oklahoma City, OK searching for a Maintenance Manager. This position reports to the Plant Manager and will oversee a team of 12-15 employees, including leads, technicians, and specialists. This is a salaried role that offers bonuses, benefits, 401(k) and relocation assistance if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that machinery and equipment are regularly serviced and maintained

Manage and coordinate the maintenance staff, ensuring that all technicians are properly trained, scheduled, and equipped to carry out maintenance tasks effectively.

Oversee the diagnosis and repair of faulty machinery or equipment, quickly address issues that arise to minimize production downtime and ensure that operations continue smoothly.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing disciplines preferred

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of 10 or more employees within a manufacturing plant environment.

Prior experience in plastics manufacturing is considered an advantage!
