Title: Senior Field Construction Performance Advisor – East Nebraska

Location: Preferred bases include Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, or West Point, NE. Extensive travel throughout Eastern Nebraska is required.

Overview:

The Senior Field Construction Performance Advisor (FPA) – East Nebraska will lead the charge in elevating construction performance, compliance, and quality across telecom suppliers operating in Eastern Nebraska. This role combines boots-on-the-ground field visits with data-driven oversight to improve supplier effectiveness in real time. The FPA acts as a key field-facing representative of Ericsson, ensuring projects meet operational benchmarks and safety standards while promoting consistent practices across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities for

Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate cycle time, build quality, tool usage, JHA compliance, and first-time-right COP metrics.

Perform root-cause analysis and field-level remediation for safety violations, construction errors, and supplier underperformance.

Develop and execute strategic weekly travel plans aligned to supplier KPIs and project priorities.

Partner with Ericsson’s Senior CMs, PMs, and automation teams to solve field execution challenges and validate construction drawings.

Recommend and implement process improvements based on field trends, and coordinate with peers across the U.S. for systemic upgrades.

Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with suppliers, providing ground-level insights and data-backed action plans.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

7+ years in telecom construction or field operations, with regional oversight experience.

In-depth knowledge of L&A, civils, ground, and maintenance construction scopes.

Experience managing or auditing suppliers across multiple sites.

Familiarity with tools like Site Tracker and Power BI.

OSHA 30 certified; Ericsson equipment background preferred.
