As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports or documents as requested. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Additional duties for the Administrative Assistant may include ordering office supplies, assisting with meeting preparation, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting projects and daily workflow for management. This position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
Bilingual in Spanish also preferred but not required
· Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
