DizarioSearch is conducting an Executive Search for a Quality Engineer to join a high-performing, manufacturing team near St. Louis, MO. The Quality Engineer will be experienced in quality management systems, corrective action, First Article Inspection (FAI) and data analysis. Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency in operations

Assist in developing and maintaining a robust QMS ensuring compliance with AS9100 & NADCAP standards

Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization initiatives to reduce waste and enhance product quality

Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety

The Ideal Candidate will have:

BS in Engineering or other related discipline

Experience with QMS systems, internal audits and First Article Inspection

3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably aerospace

Ability to think on your feet, work in a fast paced environment and be self-motivated
