Title: Senior Field Construction Performance Advisor
Overview:
The Senior Field Construction Performance Advisor serves as a strategic, hands-on field leader responsible for driving construction excellence across supplier networks. This role partners closely with regional and national suppliers, leveraging site visits, data analytics, and process diagnostics to improve crew productivity, construction quality, and compliance standards. Representing Ericsson in the field, the Advisor is a critical bridge between field operations and corporate standards, ensuring consistent execution and real-time problem-solving across multiple markets.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth site evaluations to assess supplier KPIs: cycle time, JHA compliance, tool utilization, build quality, and COP first-time acceptance.
Lead root-cause analysis on underperforming builds and directly coach suppliers on corrective actions in safety, construction methods, and tool use.
Create weekly visitation plans aligned with supplier performance metrics and market needs to maximize field coverage and strategic influence.
Collaborate with internal teams—including Senior CMs, PMs, EHS, and Automation—to resolve site-specific issues, facilitate access, and validate construction outputs.
Identify cross-market trends from field data and propose process improvements that elevate national supplier consistency and Ericsson tool efficiency.
Analyze performance data from Site Tracker and Power BI to drive insights, standardize feedback, and prepare executive-ready QBR reporting.
Own field execution for quarterly supplier reviews: present findings, propose action plans, and track follow-through on supplier commitments.
Qualifications:
7+ years in wireless or telecom construction management, preferably with multi-site or vendor oversight.
Strong command of civil and structural build processes: Ground, L&A, backhaul, civils, maintenance.
Proven ability to enforce compliance across customer and Ericsson construction standards.
Familiarity with market tools: Site Tracker, Power BI, Ericsson tool suite.
OSHA 30 certified; Ericsson equipment experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust with vendors and cross-functional partners.
