A cutting-edge space tech company is rapidly expanding and hiring Flight Software Engineers to support high-impact space defense and transportation programs. What You’ll Do

Develop flight software for missile tracking and prediction satellites

Contribute to multiple cleared programs in various stages of development

Collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering (C++, OOP)

Familiarity with open standards (CCSDS, C2MS, OMS, UCI)

Bonus: Experience with CAE tools (MATLAB, SolidWorks, Creo, Onshape)

Bonus: Background in payload control or flight software

Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Role Highlights

Pay: $50–$105/hr (based on experience & education)

Location: Onsite in Centennial, CO (primary) or Louisville, CO (split time between Centennial and Louisville)

Relocation support available

Schedule: Standard business hours

Benefits: Insurance + 401(k) during contract and upon conversion

Direct Placement: Two rounds (1 virtual + 1 onsite)
