Gift Processor

An education network in New York City is currently seeking a new Gift Processor for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.

Responsibilities:

Must understand and be aware of the gift processing/donation process

Will be processing gifts

Will be matching the data to make sure it's correct

Will be maintaining and monitoring the gift mailbox/inbox

Maintaining records

Support Finance and Development/Gift Processing Supervisor to ensure tax receipts are sent correctly to donors

Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce or another software

1+ years of experience

Must be skilled in multitasking, prioritizing workload

Dependable, punctual, and flexible

A team player and cooperative
