Qualifications
5+ years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchen
Strong foundation in pastry techniques, bread production, and viennoiserie
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor a pastry team
Manager Serve Safe certification and strong understanding of food safety standards
Responsibilities
Lead execution of evening pastry service, including plated desserts and bread production
Train and oversee pastry staff to ensure consistency and precision
Collaborate on seasonal menus, recipe development, and special events
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and kitchen efficiency
